Payment Policy

~30% payment is required at the time of booking confirmation
~40% payment is required within 3 days after booking confirmation.
~30% payment is required 15 days before the travel date.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

~ Advance booking amount if non refundable.
~50% of the total booking cost if Cancellation 30 days or more before travel
~75% of the total booking cost if Cancellation between 15 to 30 days or more before travel
~100% of the total booking cost if Cancellation between 0 to 15 days or more before travel

Terms & Conditions

  • ~ Only the services mentioned under "Inclusions" are included in the package.
  • ~ Any additional sightseeing, services, room upgrades, early check-in, late check-out, extra person charges, or extra vehicle usage will be chargeable directly to the guest.
  • ~ Standard hotel check-in time is 02:00 PM and check-out is 10:00 AM, subject to hotel policies and availability.
  • ~ Early check-in and late check-out are strictly subject to hotel availability and may incur additional charges.
  • ~ All rooms will be provided in the base category unless otherwise specified. Any upgrade will be chargeable.
  • ~ Non-AC rooms will be provided in hill stations unless specifically mentioned as AC rooms.
  • ~ In case the mentioned hotel is unavailable, an equivalent or similar category hotel will be provided.
  • ~ Vehicle services will be provided strictly as per the itinerary and on a point-to-point basis, not on disposal.
  • ~ Extra kilometers or extra hours beyond the fixed itinerary will be chargeable directly to the driver.
  • ~ Air-conditioning in vehicles may not operate effectively in hilly regions due to local conditions.
  • ~ Cab service timings are from 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM. If any sightseeing point is missed due to time constraints or traffic, no refund or adjustment will be provided.
  • ~ Sightseeing is subject to weather, traffic, government regulations, and local conditions.
  • ~ Entry tickets, wildlife/forest fees, boating charges, adventure activities, and personal expenses are not included and must be paid by the guest.
  • ~ No refund will be provided if any sightseeing point or attraction is closed due to maintenance, government restrictions, strikes, weather, or any situation beyond control.
  • ~ Booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of advance payment.
  • ~ Full payment must be completed as per the agreed schedule. Failure to pay may lead to booking cancellation without refund.
  • ~ Cancellation charges apply as per TravKraft Holidays Pvt. Ltd.’s cancellation policy.
  • ~ No refund will be provided for no-shows, unutilized services, or last-minute changes initiated by the guest.
  • ~ Guests must carry a valid Government-issued photo ID at the time of check-in (PAN cards may not be accepted at some hotels).
  • ~ Guests are requested to review the itinerary, inclusions, hotel category, room type, and vehicle type before travel.
  • ~ Any service-related issue must be reported during the trip. Concerns raised after trip completion will not be eligible for compensation.
  • ~ TravKraft Holidays Pvt. Ltd. acts as a service coordinator between hotels, transport vendors, and other service providers, and is not responsible for delays, loss, or additional expenses due to weather, natural calamities, strikes, traffic, flight delays, illness, or other conditions beyond control.
